What does this mean?

Hi Everyone,

Here is the title of a recent article I read.

"Why do some countries have healthier tickers?" (Healthier than in America).

Question: What is a "ticker?" Need a hint. Ok.
Everyone has a "ticker." However it is said that not all "tickers" are the same. For instance, some people are said to have a "big ticker," some are said to have a "cold ticker," but nobody wants to have their "ticker broken." Of course, sometimes you may break someone's "ticker" but that is just as bad as having someone break yours. (Actually, tickers don't really break. That is just an expression). You can keep your "ticker" to yourself or you can give your "ticker" to another. However, remember that when you give your "ticker" to another, he or she may not give you their "ticker" in return. (Sometimes life is unfair).

Well, what do you think? Did you figure it out? C'mon, take a guess. If you are right, you just might get a warm feeling in your "ticker." Bye,bye Mark
